Assalam o Alaikum,
We are approaching the end of the Academic Session 2024–2025. The End-of-Year Assessments for Year 3 to Year 10 will begin on Monday, June 2, 2025. Through this letter, we are sharing important dates/details related to EYA arrangements.
End of Year Assessment Timetable
- Schedule for the End of Year Assessment (Year 3 to Year 10) is available on the following link:

School Timings from Monday, June 02, 2025
The following school timing will be followed for all classes (FS2 to Year 10):
FS2 to Year 2:
· 7:20 Regular lessons start as per timetable
· 11:15 Buses Leave
Year 3 to 10:
· 07:20 Students reporting time
· 08:00 Exam starts
· 11:00 Exam finishes
· 11:15 Buses Leave
Own transport students pick up time from school will be as follows:
- 10:50 am: FS2, Year 1 and Year 2
- 11:00 am: Year 3 onwards
- Students using Dubai Metro will leave by 11:00 a.m.
Edexcel Exams:
The Board Exam will continue as per the schedule and timings already shared by the Assessment Team.
Exams scheduled on June 5 & 6 (Hajj Day & Eid Day) will remain as they are. Students will be allowed to wear comfortable clothes that match their religious praying.
Fee Reminder
Students who have outstanding fee are advised to clear their dues before Monday, June 02, 2025, and collect End of Year Exam Entry Slip (Statement of Entry).
Parent Teacher Meeting:
The last PTM for the Academic Session 2024-2025 will be held online on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). The schedule for the meeting will be shared by the respective Form Tutors by Monday, June 23, 2025.
