Dear Parents,
We hope this message finds you well. As per the guidance of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and based on the parent survey, we are implementing a Remote Learning Programme on Fridays during Ramadan for students who have opted in.
To ensure a smooth learning experience, please take note of the following:
Mandatory Attendance – Attendance in Remote Learning sessions is compulsory. Teachers will conduct lessons as per the regular timetable.
Parental Support – Parents are requested to ensure their child’s active participation by providing a suitable learning environment, a functional device, and a stable internet connection.
On-Site Learning for Other Weekdays – Regular in-person classes will continue from Monday to Thursday as usual.
Board Exam Students – Students appearing for board examinations must ensure that their Remote Learning attendance contributes to their overall attendance for the academic year. This is important for their next year’s enrollment and academic progression.
Technical Support – For any technical assistance related to Remote Learning, Mr. Aftab Ahmed can be reached at aftab@elspvtdubai.com.
Synchronous Learning – All Remote Learning lessons will be live (synchronous) and will follow the official school timetable to ensure a structured learning experience.
Monitoring & Guidance – The Form Tutors, Heads of Subjects (HODs), Heads of Sections (HOS), and Vice Principal (VP) will be available to provide support, monitor student engagement, and ensure a seamless learning experience.
Registration will commence at 7:20 a.m., and regular lessons will conclude at 11:30 a.m.
Attendance will be recorded for each lesson individually.
