End of Term Message to Students and Parents

Dear Students and Parents,

Assalam o Alaikum,

As we come to the close of the first term, the school extends its appreciation to all students, families, and staff for their dedication and partnership throughout the academic journey so far. Please take note of the important updates and reminders below.

1. Winter Vacation & School Reopening

Winter break has begun, and school will resume on Monday, 5 January 2026.
We wish all families a restful and peaceful holiday.

2. Torch Bearers 2025 – Important Update (Event Postponed)

The Torch Bearers 2025 event, originally scheduled for 11 December 2025 at Expo City Dubai, has been postponed by the organisers.

A revised date will be communicated once confirmed. All previously received registrations will remain on record, and updated instructions will follow in due course.

3. Mid-Year Assessments (MYA) – Results & PTM

MYA results have been published on EduPage, accessible through parent and student accounts.

The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) will take place on Friday, 10 January 2026.
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend to discuss student progress and next steps.

4. Wulfa Season – Patchi Competition (January 2026)

The school will participate in the KHDA-led Wulfa Season Patchi Design Competition, celebrating Emirati heritage through creative student-designed packaging.

Competition details:

  • Up to 5 designs may be submitted per school

  • Students must follow the official Patchi guidelines

  • Submission deadline: 8 January 2026

This initiative supports creativity, cultural understanding, and artistic expression.

5. Outstanding First-Term Fees

Parents are reminded to settle all outstanding fee payments before school reopens.

As per school policy:

  • Results will not be issued for students with pending fees

  • Students may face a three-day suspension if fees remain unpaid

  • Access to school systems may be restricted

Clearing dues on time ensures uninterrupted learning for all students.

6. School Uniform – Important Reminder

It has been observed that many students attend in PE uniforms on non-PE days, which is not permitted.

The school requests parents to ensure that students return after the break in full, proper school uniform.
The winter vacation provides ample time to purchase or replace uniform items if needed.

Maintaining uniform standards promotes identity, discipline, and pride.

7. Student ID Cards, Attendance & Late-Comer Policy

To maintain accurate attendance and campus safety:

  • All students must bring their Student ID card daily

  • Students must punch in with their ID card upon arrival

  • Manual attendance adjustments will only be made when justified

Late Arrival Policy

  • Students arriving after the morning cut-off will be marked Late

  • Frequent late arrivals will be closely monitored

  • Parents may be contacted if the pattern continues

  • Excessively late students may not be allowed to join morning lessons without valid reasons
