English Language Private School will hold its Whole-School Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for FS2 to Year 13 on:
Friday, 9 October 2026
2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The PTM will provide parents with an opportunity to discuss their child’s Monthly Assessment outcomes, Progress Report, academic progress, strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps in learning.
As part of the meeting, parents will also receive relevant assessment reports:
- FS2: CEM assessment reports will be handed over and discussed with parents.
- Applicable Year Groups: CAT4 Student Reports will be handed over to parents, providing further insight into students’ learning profiles and supporting informed discussions about their progress and learning needs.
Parents whose applicable school fees have been paid will receive a PTM notification and a personalised appointment time. Individual time slots will be communicated directly by the child’s Form Tutor.
Parents are requested to attend during their allocated time slot to ensure sufficient time for a focused and meaningful discussion about their child’s progress.
