Subject: End of Year Assessments and Key End-of-Year Information
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Assalam o Alaikum,
As we approach the conclusion of the Academic Session 2025–2026, we would like to share important information and reminders regarding the End of Year Assessments and other end-of-year arrangements.
The End of Year Assessments for students in Years 3 to 10 will commence on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Parents are kindly requested to take note of the following information and ensure the necessary arrangements are made.
Islamic New Hijri Year Holiday
In observance of the Islamic New Hijri Year, the school will remain closed on Monday, 15 June 2026.
School will reopen on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. On this day, students in Years 3 to 10 will commence their End of Year Assessments, while students in FS2, Year 1 and Year 2 will continue to attend regular lessons.
End of Year Assessment Timetables
The End of Year Assessment timetables have been published on EduPage. Parents and students are requested to review the schedule carefully and ensure that students are adequately prepared and arrive punctually for their examinations.

School Timings and Transport Arrangements During the End of Year Assessments
Students in FS2, Year 1 and Year 2 will continue to attend regular lessons, while students in Years 3 to 10 will be undertaking their End of Year Assessments.
During the assessment period, all students (FS2 to Y10) will be dispersed from school at 11:15 a.m. School buses will depart at 11:30 a.m.
Parents of students using private transport are kindly requested to ensure the timely collection of their children.
Outstanding School Fees
Parents with outstanding balances are kindly requested to contact the Accounts Office and settle dues at the earliest to avoid any delay in the issuance of examination-related documents, in accordance with the school’s fee policy and Parent-School Contract. The accounts office will remain open on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm to accommodate the fee submission. Online fee transfer is also available. Subject Selection Forms for Current Year 9 and Year 11 Students
Parents of students currently in Year 9 and Year 11 are requested to complete and submit the Subject Selection Form for the next academic year within the stipulated timeline to facilitate appropriate curriculum planning.

Registration in Sixth Form (Year 12):
Students completing Year 11 (GCSE) are encouraged to complete their registration for Sixth Form (Year 12) for the 2026–2027 academic year. Early registration will assist the school in providing timely guidance and making appropriate arrangements for subject selection and enrolment.
Last Day of School
Regular classes will resume after the last exam i.e. after June 26, 2026. The last day of the academic year for students will be Friday, 3 July 2026.
Parent-Teacher Meeting
The final Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the Academic Session 2025–2026 will be held on Friday, 3 July 2026. Further details will be shared nearer the date.
End of Year Reports
End of Year Reports will be shared electronically with parents by July 2, 2026 8:00 p.m.
