In line with official communication received from KHDA, Distance Learning at English Language Private School will continue from Monday, 23 March 2026 until Friday, 3 April 2026
Learning Arrangements
• Students will continue to follow the published school timetable
  • The timetable can be accessed here: https://dubai-els.edupage.org/timetable/
• School hours will remain from 7:20 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
  • Bell timings will be followed as outlined in the timetable
• Live lessons will be delivered via Microsoft Teams (official platform)
• Students must log in using their official school accounts only
• Attendance and punctuality remain mandatory

• The Form Tutor remains the first point of contact for all academic or access-related concerns
  • Parents and students are advised to reach out to the Form Tutor before escalating matters further

• ELPS Distance Learning Safeguarding Policy applies to:
  • Students

  • Any individual accessing ELPS online learning platforms
• The following expectations must be strictly observed:
  • Anonymous or unidentified access to online sessions is prohibited
  • Any safeguarding concern or inappropriate communication must be reported immediately
  • Participation in online sessions constitutes acceptance of these safeguarding expectations
