Following the announcement of this achievement, we are pleased to share official highlights from the Ethraa 2025 Awards Ceremony, held under the patronage of the Community Development Authority (CDA) Dubai.
The Pakistan Educational and Cultural Board (PECB) was formally honoured in the Gold Category of the Ethraa – Empowerment Programme for Non-Profit Organisations, during a prestigious ceremony held on 17 December 2025 at Emirates Towers, Dubai.
The ceremony included the presentation of the Certificate of Participation and the official Gold Category Award, recognising PECB’s sustained commitment to community service, institutional excellence, effective governance, and meaningful social impact.
This recognition reflects the collective efforts of leadership, staff, educators, students, parents, and the wider community, and reaffirms alignment with Dubai’s vision for social development, transparency, and sustainable community partnerships.
