Assalam o Alaikum,
As we welcome a new academic term and the New Year, we look forward to the return of our students after the winter break with renewed energy and focus. We thank our students, families, and staff for their continued cooperation and partnership.
Please note the following important reminders and updates as we prepare to resume school:
1. School Reopening – Term 2
The winter vacation has concluded, and school will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
We look forward to welcoming students back for a productive and successful second term.
2. School Timings – Important Reminder
School will start at 7:20 a.m. on all weekdays
On Fridays, the school day will conclude at 11:15 a.m. for all students whereas the school will end at 1:45 p.m. on rest of the days.
Parents are requested to ensure timely arrival and pick-up in line with the above timings.
3. Mid-Year Assessments (MYA) – Results & PTM
MYA results are available on EduPage via parent and student accounts
The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) will be held on Saturday, 10 January 2026
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend to discuss student progress and next steps.
4. Wulfa Season – Patchi Design Competition (January 2026)
The school will participate in the KHDA-led Wulfa Season Patchi Design Competition, celebrating Emirati heritage through student creativity.
Key details:
Maximum 5 submissions per school
Designs must follow official Patchi guidelines
Submission deadline: 8 January 2026
This initiative promotes creativity, cultural appreciation, and artistic expression.
5. School Transport – Bus Timings & Routes
Please note that all school bus pick-up and drop-off points and timings will remain unchanged.
Parents using school transport are requested to continue following the existing schedule.
6. Outstanding First-Term Fees
Parents are kindly reminded to clear any outstanding fees before school reopens.
As per school policy:
Results will not be issued for students with pending fees
Students may face up to a three-day suspension
Access to school systems may be restricted
Timely settlement ensures uninterrupted learning.
7. School Uniform – Reminder
Students are required to attend school in the proper school uniform on all non-PE days.
PE uniforms are not permitted on regular academic days.
Parents are requested to ensure uniform compliance from the first day of Term 2. Maintaining uniform standards promotes discipline, identity, and pride.
8. Student ID Cards, Attendance & Late Arrival Policy
Students must bring their Student ID card daily
ID cards must be used for punch-in attendance
Manual attendance changes will only be made when justified
Late Arrival:
Students arriving after the cut-off will be marked late
Repeated lateness will be monitored
Parents may be contacted
Excessive lateness may result in students not joining morning lessons without valid reasons
