We would like to inform our community about an important initiative by the Dubai Health Authority in collaboration with the Community Development Authority.
As part of the “Itma’en” (Rest Assured) initiative, a dedicated counselling and psychological support hotline has been launched to support individuals during this time.
What the service offers
- Free psychological counselling and emotional support
- Complete confidentiality for all users
- Support available for parents, students, and staff
- Qualified consultants available in both Arabic and English
